Withdrawal from the Contract and Complaint Procedure

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

You can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods must not be used, worn or damaged and must contain all original labels and tags. In the case of bedding, it must not be used or washed. It must be sent or delivered in person no later than the 14th day after physical receipt. Further details on withdrawal can be found in our terms and conditions here.

In case you want to withdraw from the contract, you can use this form. Send the goods with the completed form to our address: Za Poříčskou bránou 390/18, Prague 8 – Karlín 186 00.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

You can register a complaint about the purchased goods either in our office at Za Poříčskou bránou 390/18, Prague 8 – Karlín 186 00 or you can send us your complaint together. We would prefer that you fill out with the complaint form so we can provide you the best service and resolution. Regarding returning product, under no circumstances should you send the claimed goods cash on delivery. Such shipments will not be accepted.
