Payment and shipping

We customarily prepare goods ordered in our Online Store for shipment (except for weekend orders, and after 12 noon on Fridays) within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, within 24 hours of crediting the amount to our account. We ship the goods within three working days of receiving the order at the latest. If for any reason it is not possible to meet this deadline, we will immediately inform customers by e-mail or telephone.

DELIVERY – options

a) Delivery via PPL CZ transport company. The shipment will usually be delivered the next day after submission. (PPL delivers packages from Monday to Saturday – except holidays). You will be informed electronically about the dispatch of the goods and the transport company will communicate with you about the expected delivery via an SMS message to the telephone number you specify in the order. When using this mode of transport, it is necessary to enter the telephone number where you can be reached.You can track the shipment at: http://www.ppl.cz/. In the top menu there is a field ‘Search shipment’, where you write the number of the shipment that is sent to you by e-mail and click OK.

Delivery via PPL CZ will be without charge to Czech Republic and Slovakia in case of purchase of CZK 5000 and above

b) Personal collection at our business at Za Poříčskou bránou Street 18, Prague 8 – Karlín 186 00

PAYMENT

We require payment of the Total Price from you after concluding the Contract and before handing over the Goods. You can pay the total price in the following ways:

  • a) Card online. In this case, the payment is made via the GoPay payment gateway, and the payment is governed by the conditions of this payment gateway, which are available at: https://www.gopay.com/cs/
  • b) Transfer from bank account. This is also via GoPay …… but does not require you to enter any bank card details to complete your purchase
